How the Dividend Rate Works
STRC pays a variable dividend rate that adjusts monthly. Strategy sets the rate using a rules-based framework tied to STRC's trading price relative to its $100 par value. When STRC trades below par, the rate increases to make the shares more attractive and push the price back toward $100. When STRC trades at or above par, the rate holds steady or may decrease. This mechanism is designed to keep STRC trading near $100 while stripping away price volatility. Since launch, the rate has increased from 9.00% to 11.50%, reflecting periods where the share price traded below par during broader market volatility.
