A note on order types

We recommend using a limit order set at or near $100 rather than a market order. Since STRC is designed to trade near $100 par value, a limit order ensures you do not overpay during brief price fluctuations. A market order will fill immediately at whatever price is available, which is usually fine for STRC but can occasionally result in paying a few cents more per share.

Can I buy STRC in an IRA?

Yes. STRC can be held in traditional IRAs, Roth IRAs, and most other tax-advantaged accounts. The return-of-capital tax treatment may have different implications in a tax-advantaged account. Consult your tax advisor.
